🐬 Hi there! Today you’ll be making a water spell to remind someone you love to drink some water! Please follow the list of instructions below:

Grab yourself a glass, any glass, any size, shape you like to drink out off and fill it with water.

In a few seconds I’m going to ask you to take a sip of water - wait a sec, don’t sip just yet!

Before we start, open a text editor on your computer, any text editor will do. Make sure your cursor is in the text editor, ready for you to type. Now switch off your screen light on your computer - all the way! Don’t be scared!

Once the water enters your mouth, start typing anything you feel, hear, taste, think. Don’t worry, you don’t have to write full, beautiful sentences, just type wherever the water takes you!

Do this for about a minute or however long feels good to you. You can take several sips, drink the whole glass, or just stay with the first sip of water swirling around in your mouth.
